1. What data we collect Qué datos recopilamos

• Forms: if you order the service or get certified as a partner, we collect the data you provide (name, business name, e-mail, WhatsApp number, area).

• Payments: payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card numbers on our servers.

• Conversations: the messages a business’s customers exchange with their Negoly assistant (web chat or WhatsApp) are processed and stored to provide the service and display them in the business’s panel.

• Website usage: visit statistics and basic technical data (pages viewed, device type).

• Partners: to pay commissions we also collect the partner’s payout details and the W-8BEN tax form where applicable.

2. Cookies and similar technologies Cookies y tecnologías similares

• Plausible Analytics: aggregated site statistics, cookie-free and without individual profiles.

• Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram): we use the Meta pixel and the Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our ads. This may set cookies (e.g. _fbp, _fbc) and transmit events such as page views or completed sign-ups to Meta Platforms, Inc.; contact data is transmitted only in hashed form. You can manage your ad preferences in your Facebook/Instagram account settings.

• localStorage: we store your preferred language locally in your browser and, if you arrived via a partner’s link, their referral code.

3. How we use the data Para qué usamos los datos

• Provide and operate the service (assistant, panel, calendar, reminders).

• Process payments, subscriptions and partner commissions.

• Provide support and communicate with you about your account.

• Measure and improve our site and our advertising campaigns.

• Comply with legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your data. We only share it with the providers needed to operate the service.

• Stripe (payment processing).

• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business and ad measurement).

• Anthropic (AI language processing to generate the assistant’s replies).

• Infrastructure and e-mail providers (servers hosted in the European Union).

5. WhatsApp Business Platform Plataforma de WhatsApp Business

Negoly operates as a technology provider (Tech Provider) registered with Meta Platforms for the WhatsApp Business Platform.

What we obtain through Meta’s API. When a business connects its WhatsApp Business account (WABA) to Negoly, we access: its WABA’s identifier and configuration, its registered phone numbers, its message templates, the content of the messages exchanged between the business and its customers, and the associated metadata (the end customer’s phone number, timestamps and delivery statuses).

What we use them for. Solely to provide the service contracted by the business: generating the assistant’s replies, managing the calendar, maintaining the customer records and displaying the conversations in the business’s panel. We do not use this data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties beyond the providers listed in section 4.

Ownership and control. The data belongs to the business. The business retains full access to its WABA through WhatsApp Manager and can disconnect Negoly from its account at any time.

Deletion. Upon disconnecting the service, the business can request deletion of its conversations and associated data by writing to contacto@negoly.com. We will delete the data except what we must retain for legal, accounting or tax obligations.

6. Retention Conservación

We keep data while your account is active and, afterwards, only as long as needed to meet legal, accounting or tax obligations.

7. Your rights Tus derechos

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to marketing communications, by writing to contacto@negoly.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Minors Menores de edad

Negoly is a service for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy Cambios a esta política

We will publish the current version here. If a change is substantial, we will communicate it through the service’s usual channels.
