Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Negoly service, operated by Global Life Invest LLC (Wyoming, United States), hereinafter ‘the Company’. By ordering or using the service you accept these terms. Contact: contacto@negoly.com. Last updated: July 25, 2026.

1. The service El servicio

Negoly is an AI assistant for businesses: it replies to customers on WhatsApp and web chat, advises on the configured products and services, provides prices and opening hours, books appointments and sends reminders. It includes a management panel (conversations, customers, calendar and, depending on the plan, website and other modules).

The assistant replies with the information the business configures. Like any AI, it can make mistakes; the business is responsible for verifying critical information communicated to its customers and for the legality of its own activity.

2. Plans and pricing Planes y precios

• The current prices of packages, modules and add-ons are the ones published on the pricing page and summarised below; they are charged in USD, plus a one-time setup fee that a promo code may waive.

• Each package includes a monthly quota of assistant replies, shown in the table below (see section 3). WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta separately, directly to the business.

• When upgrading your plan, the new monthly reply quota applies immediately to the current month (replies already used remain deducted) and the new monthly fee applies from the next charge. Changes to a lower plan apply from the next billing period: during the current month the plan and quota already paid remain in place.

• Prices are final for the customer: no taxes or additional Negoly charges are added at billing. Charges are processed in USD; any currency conversion or extra fee depends on your bank or card issuer. Should any jurisdiction require collecting a tax on the service in the future, Negoly may adjust prices applying the 30-day notice indicated above.

• We may adjust prices with at least 30 days’ notice; the change applies from the next billing period.

3. Assistant replies and WhatsApp messaging

• The Negoly subscription covers the software (assistant, panel, calendar, customers and other modules) and includes a monthly quota of assistant replies: every reply the artificial intelligence generates to a customer, over WhatsApp or web chat. Messages written by customers and messages the business sends by hand do not count.

• The quota is the one of your package, per calendar month; the counter resets on the 1st and unused quota does not roll over. When exceeded, the service is not interrupted: we notify at 80 % and 100 % of the quota and additional replies are charged at the per-reply price published on the pricing page, or you may upgrade at any time.

• WhatsApp messages (delivery) are billed by Meta directly to the business, owner of its WhatsApp Business account, with the payment method the business registers at Meta. Negoly neither intermediates nor marks up those charges. Under Meta’s current rates, replying to a customer who wrote in is free and messages the business initiates (reminders, receipts, campaigns) are charged per message; those rates are set by Meta and may change without Negoly’s involvement.

• Without a payment method registered at Meta, the assistant keeps replying to customers; messages the business initiates stay paused until one is registered.

• Negoly may adjust the price per additional reply with at least 30 days’ notice.

4. Free trial Prueba gratis

The trial lasts 7 days and requires registering a card, but nothing is charged during the trial week. If you don’t cancel before it ends, the one-time activation and the first month of the chosen plan are charged automatically. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged anything. During the trial you have the full monthly message quota of your plan.

5. Payments, renewal and cancellation Pagos, renovación y cancelación

• Payments are processed by Stripe as a monthly subscription with automatic renewal.

• You can cancel at any time by writing to contacto@negoly.com or through the service’s support channels. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; no pro-rated refunds are made.

• If a payment fails and is not resolved, we may suspend the service until payment is completed.

6. Acceptable use Uso aceptable

• Negoly may not be used for spam, communications without consent, or illegal, deceptive or impersonating content.

• Use of WhatsApp is additionally subject to Meta/WhatsApp Business policies (including recipient consent for proactive messages).

• Serious or repeated breaches may lead to suspension or termination of the account.

7. Availability Disponibilidad

We work to keep the service continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability: we depend on external providers (Meta/WhatsApp, Stripe, AI and infrastructure providers) and perform maintenance. We will notify relevant incidents through the usual channels.

8. Ownership and data Propiedad y datos

Negoly’s software, brand and materials are property of the Company. Your business’s and your customers’ data is yours; we process it according to our Privacy Policy. When the service ends you can request deletion of your data.

9. Limitation of liability Limitación de responsabilidad

The service is provided ‘as is’. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability towards the customer is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Company is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

10. Partner program Programa de socios

The relationship with independent commercial partners is governed by the Independent Commercial Partner Agreement, which prevails over these terms with respect to the partner program.

11. Governing law Ley aplicable

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
